Director of schools in the southern governorates of Palestine for management by values and their impact on the level of outstanding creativity of their scholars

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree to which school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine practice management by values, and to identify the level of professional creativity among teachers and the impact of school principals' practice of management by values on the level of professional creativity among their teachers. It is the Abu Anza scale (2022), which was applied to a sample of school teachers, amounting to (538) male and female teachers, and the study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: _ The degree of practice of school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine for management by values from the teachers’ point of view came With a relative weight of (67.26%)._ The level of professional creativity of teachers in the schools of the southern governorates of Palestine from the point of view of the teachers themselves was medium, with a relative weight of (66.94%)._ There is a statistically significant effect of the practice of school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine of the dimension of organizational loyalty Of the dimensions of management by values on the level of professional creativity of their teachers, while there was no significant effect for the rest of the dimensions (organizational justice, support and appreciation, integrity and transparency) on the level of professional creativity of their teachers. The researcher made a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: _ Including the issue of management by values within the training axes for school principals.
