The practice of preparatory school principals in Gaza governorate in the areas of organizational integrity in their schools from the point of view of their teachers

Abstract

The degree of practice of governmental school principals in areas of organizational integrity from the point of view of preparatory school teachers in the directorates of East and West Gaza.
The study aimed to identify the degree of public school principals practicing the areas of organizational integrity from the point of view of preparatory school teachers in the directorates of East and West Gaza.
The sample of the study consisted of (417) male and female teachers of governmental preparatory schools in the West and East Gaza districts.
The researcher used Al-Mahyawi's scale (2022) for organizational integrity
The study reached the following results:
1. The arithmetic mean of the total score of the scale of organizational integrity among school principals from the point of view of teachers was 3.744 with a relative weight of 74.8%, which indicates that the level of organizational integrity of school principals was high according to the approved study criterion.
2.There are differences in the level of organizational integrity due to gender, and the differences were in favor of females.
3. There are differences in the organizational integrity attributed to the years of service and the differences are in favor of years of service of more than 20 years.
