Habits of mind and the ability to solve problems among middle school students with learning disabilities

Abstract

The aim of the current research is to study the relationship between the habits of mind and the ability to solve problems among middle school students with learning difficulties. He also applied the scales to the research sample, and the results revealed that there is a strong and negative correlation between the degree of habits of mind and the ability to solve problems among students of both sexes. The results also indicated that there are differences in solving problems that are attributed to the gender variable, in of male students. While there are no differences in the level of mind habits attributed to the gender variable, and based on these results, the researcher made some recommendations, and suggestions for other future studies. In light of the results that have been reached, the research presented a set of recommendations and procedural proposals that can be implemented and that contribute to solving the problems of students with learning difficulties in the preparatory stage.
