The aim of this study was to prepare and build a diagnostic battery for early detection of developmental learning difficulties in preschool children, and checking the indications of validity and reliability, and describing the grades the child gets, a qualitative description, The battery consisted of three measures that covered the following areas (attention, perception, memory). The sample of the study involved (144) child. The study descriptive psychometric approach, after conducting statistical operations to ensure the effectiveness of the battery in detecting developmental learning difficulties in the preschool stage, it was concluded that the battery has degrees of validity and stability consistent with the characteristics of a good scale and that it is suitable for use and measuring what it is designed to measure. The study recommended on the experience of the diagnostic device for special batteries listening to the special education stage.
