Abstract

The current dissertation attempts to illustrate how effective is a correction program based on the integration of error analysis and technical approaches while emending common grammatical errors and improving self-efficacy among non-native speakers of Arabic at the first intermediate level. The study problem is the high frequency of grammatical errors among non-native speakers of Arabic at the first intermediate level, and the low grammatical self-efficacy. This may be ascribed to shortcomings in the teaching methods used or other reasons. Therefore, this study outlines a program based on the integration of error analysis and technical approaches to handle common grammatical errors and improve self-efficacy among non-native Arabic speakers at the first intermediate level.
