Abstract
The study aimed to identify the reality of kindergartens in the southern governorates of Palestine in the light of contemporary challenges. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. The study population consisted of (610) kindergarten principals. A simple random sample was selected by distributing the questionnaire, and the number of respondents was (295) principals. That is, (48.2%) of the study population, The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the sample members agree with a high degree on the quality of each of the (manager, supervisor, and nanny courses) in the southern governorates, There are statistically significant differences in the attitudes of the study individuals about (the role of the manager, supervisor, and educator) according to the variable of educational qualification in favor of those with postgraduate studies, and there are statistically significant differences in the attitudes of the study individuals about (the role of the manager, supervisor, and educator) according to the variable years of service. In favor of those who have years of service (more than 10 years).
