The relative contribution or academic emotions in predicting mind wandering among of university students according to gender and specialization

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the relative contribution of academic emotion in predicting mind wandering according to gender and specialization and identify the relation between academic emotion the and mind wandering, the differences in the desress of academic emotions and mind wandering on the variable of gender and specialization. Where the researcher used the scale of academic emotion and the scale of mind wanderin, where there there applied to sample of (323) students of university. To valibati the hypotheses the tesearcher used the spss (statis tical package to analyses and statistically and process data).
That there is postive relation between some dimensions of academic emotions (anger and a cdemic boredom, shyness and academic anxiety, academic elias) and mind wandering. There in also negative relation between some diminsions of academic emotions gnjounment and academic pride, a cademic hope) and mind wandering. The reswtsalso revealed that there are not statistically significant defferences at acamemic emotions and mind wandering among to gerder and specialization and alsorevealed the the academic emotion cun be tredicatied the through the scores of sample in mind wandering.
