Study Objectives: This study sought to reveal psychological empowerment and a relationship to spiritual intelligence among middle school teachers, as well as examining the differences in study variables according to different demographic variables (gender - years of experience). Method and Procedures: The study relied on the comparative correlative descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (80) middle school teachers, on whom were applied the two scales of psychological empowerment (prepared by the researcher), and spiritual intelligence prepared by (Wafaa Abdel-Gawad and Ramadan Ashour, 2015). Results: The results of the study revealed a positive and significant correlation between psychological empowerment and spiritual intelligence among the study sample of middle school teachers, and the results indicated that there were statistically significant differences in both psychological empowerment and intelligence spirituality towards males compared to females, and there are statistically significant differences in both psychological empowerment and spiritual intelligence towards Higher years of experience compared to lower years of experience.
